I declare that I am the owner/authorized representative of these goods and I have read, understood, and agreed to the User Agreement and hereby authorize VNOZ LOGISTICS PTY LTD to act as my/our Customs Broker in accordance with Section 181 of the Customs Act 1901. I declare that the above particulars to the best of my knowledge are true and correct and that I have understood the questions contained in this form and the answers provided to those questions are true and correct. I remove VNOZ LOGISTICS PTY LTD from all liability that may arise from providing false or misleading information. We hereby indemnify and agree to indemnify them against any claim or demands made against them arising from any Customs or Goods and Services Tax declarations that they make on our behalf.
User Agreement & Authorization *
Please be advised that once you submit this form, we will process the Customs clearance on your behalf and notify you of the duties, taxes, and customs fees. Once duties, taxes, and Customs fees are settled, you pay us and we pay Customs directly as we have direct payment with them for faster service and your convenience. The shipping company will then be notified to deliver the consignment to your doorsteps. Alternatively, you can organize the pick-up yourself or book a courier company to deliver the goods on your behalf. Additional charges may apply.
